Appointment Fees

Initial psychiatric evaluation: $500
Follow-up appointment: $275

Payment

Payment is due on the day of your appointment. A credit or debit card must remain on file. You may pay through Zelle, Venmo or PayPal that day. If payment is not received, the card on file will be charged.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

The first missed appointment or late cancellation costs $125. Every subsequent missed appointment or late cancellation is charged at the full fee for the scheduled visit: $500 for an initial evaluation or $275 for a follow-up.

Missed appointment and late cancellation fees are your responsibility and are not billed to insurance.
